Alumni Visits

Koç School is happy to welcome its alumni back to the school. During the visits, our Child Protection Policy prioritizes the safety and well-being of the students attending our school. For this reason, the following are the rules to be followed by our alumni who wish to visit the school.

 Visiting Days and Hours

  •     Alumni visits are only available on Tuesday and Thursday, between 15.15 – 16.00.
  •     Visitors are not allowed on public holidays and weekends.

 

Visiting Rules

  • Visits only take place in the high school, middle school and primary school buildings; access to the boarding blocks is not possible
  • All visitors must follow the campus safety rules.
  • The security-issued name tag must be visibly worn throughout the visit.
  •  It is not possible to bring guests with you.

 

Registration and Approval

  •     It is recommended that you register via KOnnect Mezun Platformu (Konnect Alumni Platform) prior to the visit.
  •     At the entrance to the campus, after the Security Unit checks identity and graduation, visitors are asked to sign the Koç School Alumni Visitor Protocol.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS(SSS)

  1. Can I bring a guest with me on an alumni visit?
  •  No, the visits are only for alumni.
  1. Is it mandatory to wear a name tag during the visit?
  •  Yes, all visitors must visibly wear the name tag issued by security.
  1. Can there be changes in the days and hours of visitation?
  • Visits outside the specified hours are not possible; school administration should be contacted for special cases.
  1. Do I need to register as a graduate?
  1. What happens if I don’t follow the rules?
  •  If the rules are not followed, the security unit will issue a warning, and the graduate will be removed from the campus if necessary.
